Trust & Probate Litigation Attorney

?? El Segundo, CA (Hybrid) | ?? $180K-$225K Base + Bonus

A respected Southern California law firm is seeking a Trust & Probate Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience handling probate, trust administration, and fiduciary litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage probate and trust litigation cases
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Represent clients in court, mediations, and depositions
  • Conduct legal research and negotiate settlements
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff

Qualifications:

  • Active California Bar license
  • 5+ years of trusts, estates, probate, and litigation experience
  • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload
